Throughout her career, the 39-year-old star has managed to avoid drama, both within the group and in her personal life with her husband of eight years.
Kimberly has been married to Max Rogers since 2014, he was also featured as a judge on Britain’s Next Top Model, and the couple have three children together – Willow, Maple and Ford.
Kimberly credited her and Max with regular communication and time to themselves as the reason for a successful marriage.
Kimberly and her family live in Surrey and Kimberly said she does not see herself moving back to America, where she is from, as she feels most at home in the UK.
Their Surrey home includes a gym and dance studio, a living room where every Friday they have family movie night, a study and a wall in his bathroom dedicated to his achievements with the Pussycat Dolls.
The star first shot to fame when she was spotted by Pussycat Dolls founder Robin Antin as a dancer in the Black Eyed Peas’ music video to their song Shut Up.
Kimberly joined the band in 2001 and since then has performed with Welsh music legend Tom Jones and had a number one hit with their song Don’t Cha.
In 2006 the group was one of the best selling artists of the year and in 2010 Kimberly left the group, grateful for all the opportunities the group had given her.
After the band, Kimberly had a very successful career as a TV show judge, joining Ashley Banjo of dance group Diversity as a judge on the Sky1 show Got to Dance.
Soon she joined the American version of Got to Dance, Live to Dance, as a judge and joined the new group Her Majesty & the Wolves, with their album 111 which was released in 2011.
In 2015 Kimberly won Celebrity MasterChef and in 2019 she and fellow former Pussycat Doll members announced they would be reuniting, with a tour in 2020.
The tour was postponed and pushed back to 2021 due to the coronavirus pandemic and was delayed again to 2021.
Band member Nicole Scherzinger later said it had been cancelled, but other band members – Carmit Bachar and Jessica Sutta – released a statement saying they were unaware the tour had been cancelled.
There are rumors that a rift between Nicole and band creator Robin caused the tour to be cancelled. Kimberly avoided drama, remaining friends with many of the band members and hoping the tour would continue.
Kimberly will appear on Dancing on Ice on Sunday January 16 from 6.30pm on ITV.
