Art doll

Alexa Bliss helped by artist Firefly Funhouse for her Lilly doll in WWE

Alexa Bliss returned to WWE TV earlier this year and she seems to have stepped out of her Supernatural persona. She may not have those dark powers anymore, but she carried a dark element of the past with her in WWE. Her entrance music was changed to match her current persona as she walks to the ring with a disfigured doll, Lilly.

It should be noted that this doll was the sole possessor of these dark powers captured by Alexa Bliss following WWE’s release of Bray Wyatt after Wrestlemania 37. The two had a strong alliance as of mid-2020 and there is no no surprise that one of the key artists behind The Fiend and Firefly Funhouse also helped the former Raw Women’s Champion with her dark persona.

WWE Superstar Alexa Bliss ‘still trying to figure out’ AEW TBS Champion

Alexa Bliss appeared on Instagram Live with WWE Deutschland’s Sebastian Hackl and revealed who she got help designing the doll from.

“I texted Jason (Baker) who does, you know, all the mask work that you see in WWE, all, you know, the crown that I was wearing with the black goo coming out of it. Him and his wife did that and they’re amazingly talented,” the former five-time women’s champion said. “They did a lot of puppetry for the Firefly Fun House, Alexa’s Playground, they dated Lilly, and it was really cool.” (quotes courtesy of Wrestling INC)

Alexa Bliss had a strong alliance with Bray Wyatt

The Firefly Fun House puppets were invented by former three-time world champion Bray Wyatt. Wyatt brought a series of vignettes, videos, and segments as he would become a character similar to the host of a children’s show, only to become a monster. With Alexa Bliss by his side, Wyatt had two parts to his character, the “Firefly Fun House” version and the alter ego known as The Fiend.

Alexa Bliss joined Wyatt in his new persona starting in July 2020 after the Extreme Rules Wyatt Swamp Fight against Braun Strowman. The alliance continued until WrestleMania 37 where Bliss betrayed Wyatt for a loss to Randy Orton.

Earlier this year, Alexa Bliss found her way back to WWE Raw in May and since then enjoyed a TV winning streak until the June 6 episode when Rhea Ripley defeated her, Liv Morgan and Doudrop to become the number one contender for the Raw Women’s Championship, currently held by Bianca Belair.
